Comprising; Cooper’s mini quiches, local pork pie from Reg May, Moyden’s artisan cheeseboard, Swifts artisan breads, homemade chutneys, green salad and homemade cake selection.

 

  1. Pulled Pork Baps with Stuffing and Apple Sauce (minimum order of 15)

Pork sourced locally, roasted and prepared in our kitchen with homemade accompaniments.

Served in a soft bap (gluten free roll available)

 

  1. Quiche and Salad

Comprising handmade quiches, green salad, cous cous salad with mint, lemon and chilli, pasta salad with mozzarella, cherry tomato and basil and homemade cake selection.

 

  1. Afternoon Tea

Selection of finger sandwiches, savoury tart, mini cake selection, scone with clotted cream and preserve, tea or coffee                                       

 

  1. Canapes

 The amount you need will depend on the duration of your event – generally three canapés per person for a short drinks reception (one hour), four/five per person for a longer event (two hours). Canapes are usually selected depending upon seasonal availability, can be themed for the event (eg Christmas style canapés, Indian canapés) and will always include a mix of vegetarian, meat and fish varieties.

Example canapés include; parmesan shortbreads with beetroot pesto; chilli marinated prawns with mange tout; honey and sesame seed coated mini sausages; mini falafel; goat’s cheese, roasted tomato and basil crostini; mini scones with clotted cream and preserve, mini macarons and chocolate truffles. Please ask for more details – serving staff can also be provided at an additional cost.

 

Payments, process and terms

 

  • Orders over the value of £100 will require a deposit of 50% of the total, payable at the time of booking – to secure the date (non refundable in the event of cancellation).
  • Payment for the outstanding balance (or total) is required on the day of delivery. Cash, cheque, card payment and bank transfer are all acceptable – payment details are included on booking form.
  • Confirmation of final numbers is required seven days in advance of the date of the event (unless otherwise agreed for last minute bookings).
  • Please use the attached ordering form, paying particular emphasis to the section on any dietary requirements.
